Rental Criteria

• Gross monthly income must exceed 2.5x of monthly rent.

• Verification of last six months employment (check stub or phone call verification).

• Proof of last 12 months of residency.

• No evictions or lease violations within the 12 months (to be verified by credit check). If there is no eviction in the last 12 months, first and last month rent is required to be paid up front.

• No misdemeanors within the last 24 months and no felonies within the last 60 months.

All payments must be in the form of a money order payable to KV3 Bruton, LP.

Every person over the age of 17 must complete an application and provide the application fee of $25 dollars. The application fee for a married couple is $35 dollars.
